The Women’s Equality Party co-founder filed her lawsuit in July Leo Cackett. Journalist and Women’s Equality Party founder Catherine Mayer is suing her former employer  Time  magazine for gender and age discrimination.  The lawsuit comes after the  publication of BBC salaries  sparked international outrage over gender and race pay gaps at the public broadcaster.  Ms Mayer, who was fired from her position as an editor at the US publication, says  Time  violated anti-discrimination and civil rights laws through “a system of male cronyism by which men, especially former war correspondents were favoured over women in recruitment, dismissal and promotion decisions,”  The Guardian  reported . The lawsuit was filed on 24 July after a private settlement could not be reached, Ms Mayer said. in my opinion i find that the media are still being unequal with female as gender and can be seen by this article; therefore are being sexist towards females charters  and have lead them to be seen a

Newspaper and magazine consumption dropped by 26% and 19%, respectively, since 2010 and is expected to see further declines in the next few years. 3) Looking at the graph featured in the article, what period has seen the steepest decline in newspaper advertising revenue? Uber apologises after London ban and admits 'we got things wrong: Firstly, the app uber has been facing the chance of having their License being removed from the UK-  TfL said " Uber  was not a “fit and proper” private car-hire operator and cited four areas of concern, including its approach to reporting criminal offences and carrying out background checks on drivers." However in the NDM age that we are in now it has become much more easier to use the App Uber and save money when commuting in London; TFL are now becoming upset in my opinion because fewer people are using their Black Cabs.  Therefore NDM does go hand in hand in this matter because it will then begin to start conversation on social media which then allows Uber's audience to be heard; meaning that they are able to vote in if they would like to retain Uber or with the opposing side to have it removed; evidently because uber has a large audience base it has a much lower chance of having its licence re

The two concepts are  inseparably connected within the magzine it sates  under severe political strain and that digitally-mediated direct representation could provide a basis for a more dialogical and deliberative democracy in place of the dialogue of the deaf which tends to characterise contemporary political representation. 2) What is the definition of a  mass  audience? Give an example of a media product or institution aimed at a mass audience.  The   mass media   is a diversified collection of   media   technologies   that reach a large audience via   mass communication . The technologies
